    Responsibilities

    Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Manager of Sales Operation for Hospice!

    This position will be remote based with 80% national travel

     

     

    Responsible for promoting the development, deployment and success of sales related efforts including; sales processes, tools and technologies for Health Care Services business line, in conjunction with the Director of Sales Operations. Assists in the smooth onboarding and quick integration of new Home Health Coordinators through effective on-site training methods and participation in facilitating the BHS Sales Summit Training.  The selected Candidate will possess the ability to present analysis and strategic recommendations on objectives needed to grow relationships with referral sources for improved performance outcomes internally and externally.  The individual will be supporting the Sales function and will report directly to the Director of BHS Sales Operations.

    1. Possess and utilize expert knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice, related customers and industry trends to offer solution minded focuses and viable sales strategies to Director of Sales and Sales Leaders.
    2. Support successful development, deployment, field training and monitoring of determined Sales efforts for Home Health/Hospice service lines.
    3. Maintain knowledge and propensity towards understanding and utilization of technological platforms, such as Analytical Data Tools, CRM and Informational Platforms, with an aptitude to implement, train and monitor field usage for optimization of platforms to each desired outcome as established, in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
    4. Systematically and routinely access and analyze the function of current Sales Tools and Process in the field, making recommendations for areas of improvement to optimize usage and improve outcomes.
    5. Utilize accomplished understanding of Home Health and/or Hospice Target Customer needs with demonstrated dexterity to develop poignant content for Sales Team Training materials, in conjunction with Director of Sales Operations.
    6. Effectively facilitate the Presentation of established Home Health and Hospice training material in various settings such as; one on one, small group and/or large Sales Summits with energy, clear messaging while engaging response and buy-in from target audience.
    7. Assist and support with new Home Health Coordinator on boarding and training in assigned market, in conjunction with Sales Leaders, Director of Sales, Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers and local Agency leadership.
    8. In conjunction with Director of Sales, present viable growth oriented recommendations for Marketing Campaigns, Account Management/Development and Home Health Coordinator development/training needs based on observations from the field.
    9. Maintain clear, relevant and timely communication to various audiences including sales leaders, sales managers, sales teams, operations and clinical partners. Demonstrate and maintain a commitment to Brookdale’s Mission, Cornerstones and BHS Sales methodologies and practices.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business and/or a minimum of 3-5 years managing sales representatives, preferably in a healthcare services industry.
    2. Proven success in developing and implementing sales training methodologies.
    3. Comprehensive Home Health and/or Hospice knowledge and experience.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective Presentation ability to large group
    5. Ability to travel

    Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
    Must be able to travel as required by the above duties. Must have a car with current insurance coverage and a valid driver’s license.
