Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Manager of Sales Operation for Hospice!
This position will be remote based with 80% national travel
Responsible for promoting the development, deployment and success of sales related efforts including; sales processes, tools and technologies for Health Care Services business line, in conjunction with the Director of Sales Operations. Assists in the smooth onboarding and quick integration of new Home Health Coordinators through effective on-site training methods and participation in facilitating the BHS Sales Summit Training. The selected Candidate will possess the ability to present analysis and strategic recommendations on objectives needed to grow relationships with referral sources for improved performance outcomes internally and externally. The individual will be supporting the Sales function and will report directly to the Director of BHS Sales Operations.

Education and Experience
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Must be able to travel as required by the above duties. Must have a car with current insurance coverage and a valid driver’s license.
