The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide training within our learning management system based upon company, state, federal, program, business needs, and other requirements. Provides first level support for communities related to system functionality and use. Partners with the regional and local leadership to drive training and regulatory compliance. Ensures that associates are trained as directed by Brookdale’s policies and procedures. Partner with talent and learning program managers on projects in the learning management system (LMS).

Knowledge and Skills
Has an advanced knowledge of the organization, industry and functional discipline. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience and used to complete and/or oversee assignments. Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks is essential. Success in driving results. Successfully demonstrates good judgement, strong problem solving skills and decision making skills.
