The Divisional Director, Clinical Operations leads a team providing clinical support on the community, regional and divisional levels. This position implements strategies to advance the division's clinical competencies, while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met according to all regulatory bodies. Acts as a strategic partner to various internal teams in an effort to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Education and Experience
Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing with five years of healthcare related experience, preferably in care of the senior population. Minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership skills and competencies required.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Active RN License in good standing required. Extensive Multi-state travel required.
Management/Decision Making
Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these. Uses independent judgment to make decisions based on scope of nursing practice, safety, consideration for liability, and knowledge of the risk management processes.
Knowledge and Skills
Possesses extensive knowledge of a distinct skill or function and a thorough understanding of the organization and work environment. Has a working knowledge of a functional discipline.
