Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Under the direction of the Legal Department, the Quality Enrichment Program Director, Operations is responsible for enhancing a culture of providing quality care and services to residents, promoting regulatory compliance, and advancing compliance with policies and procedures. This role achieves these endeavors by leading strategic peer review enterprises focused on community operations and resident services.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree with an emphasis in business management, healthcare management, gerontology or similar field along with at least five (5) years of experience in an operational or management role in the senior living industry, are preferred. Active state senior living administrator certificate, or equivalent, are preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the practical applications of regulations, statutes, quality standards, policies and procedures related to the operation of senior living communities and resident services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Appreciation for the review and handling of sensitive information, understanding resident privacy rights, maintaining confidential information, and preserving the attorney-client privilege and the attorney work product doctrine.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
This position requires significant travel (75%-85%) by vehicle and air. A valid driver’s license is required. This position will require the ability to work as well as travel some evenings and weekends.
Management/Decision Making
Under the direction of the Legal Department, uses independent judgment, critical thinking, decision-making, and analyses to conduct strategic peer review visits of senior living communities and serve as an advocate to promote quality standards for resident care and services, advance regulatory compliance, aid in compliance with policies and procedures, and assess risks.
Further, under the direction of the Legal Department, uses independent judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and analyses to lead or assist in internal investigations.
