Supports the DVP of Operations and Operating Committee in accomplishing the division’s overall mission and goals. Coordinates administrative function with other divisions and communicates the operating division’s needs with supporting department corporate leadership. Responsible for providing a quality dining experience by greeting and seating residents and guests, overseeing dining services staff in the absence of the Manager and maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment.
